MILLING
KILN DRY TREATMENT
Timber is one of most versatile of all the building materials available. Its production is the least energy demanding and is most environmentally friendly. It imparts a natural warmth to any building and is the most thermal efficient of all the common available building materials.
We have the facility to provide kiln-dried and properly treated timbers to meet customers' demand. Kiln-Dried timber minimizes most shrinkage problems, has better strength and stiffness qualities. It is useful for woods use in roof-trusses, door and window frames, doors, parquet floorings, etc.
CCA TREATED WOODS
Oriental Sawmill (B) Sdn Bhd can provide CCA Treated Wood upon request. These wood gets preservative treatment which make them more durable, protected from termite and fungal decay. CCA Treated Woods are safe and suitable especially for outdoor use components.
